  • REGISTRATION FEES

    The registration fees are listed in US Dollars; payment is also required in US Dollars. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees, including workshop speakers, paper presenters, session moderators and conference committee members.

    Please note: Registration discounts expire at 11:59 PM EDT (New York) on the dates referenced in the table above.

  • SCHOLARSHIPS & GRANTS

    There are a number of grants to offset the cost of in-person conference registration and travel costs. Please review the below options and apply for the grant that best fits your needs.

  • PRE/POST CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

    AMCIS 2024 will offer a wide variety of Ancillary Meetings and Events both pre and post-conference. Please click here to learn more as many workshops and events continue to be added to the schedule.

    If you have previously registered online for the conference you may ADD A WORKSHOP to your full conference registration.

    Pre-conference workshops require full conference registration.

  • GUEST PASSES

    Guest Full Package Tickets and Guest Individual Event Tickets are available for purchase by any full conference registrant. Please note the purchase of guest tickets is only necessary if you are planning to bring a guest to accompany you to the evening events or conference meals. The primary registrant’s full conference registration includes attendance to the welcome reception and social event.

    Guest Full Package Ticket
    The guest full package ticket includes a printed badge, all meals, and access to all evening events for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e. your spouse or colleague).

    Guest Individual Event Ticket
    A guest individual event ticket includes access to the Welcome Reception only or the Social Event only for the individual who will be accompanying you (i.e. your spouse or colleague).

    Both guest ticket options will be available for purchase during the registration process.

    Please note: Guest tickets do not include access to any educational sessions.

  • INVITATION & VISA LETTER REQUESTS

    Invitation Letter Request Form

    The invitation letter form should be used to request an invitation letter to initiate request for travel visas.

    Visa Letter Request Form

    A visa letter can also be requested upon registering and paying for the conference. This will also require completion of a visa letter request form. You must be an active AIS member and your conference registration must be completed and paid for in full before the letter will be prepared.

    Please note: As Visa requests can take several weeks/months, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for their visa no later than two months prior to the conference.

  • RENEWING MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS

    It is important to note this conference is open to current members of AIS. Please join or renew your AIS membership prior to registering for the conference. Click here for a current list of the Individual AIS membership rates.

    Please note: If you are joining or renewing your AIS membership your registration payment and membership dues will be processed separately. Please look to receive a separate receipt for each transaction.

  • INSTITUTIONAL MEMBER

    If you are an AIS Institutional Member and will be using your University’s complimentary conference registration for this conference, please contact the Membership Director at membership@aisnet.org to verify your eligibility and receive the appropriate promotional discount code prior to completing your online conference registration. Once you receive your promotional code, you may enter it during your online registration to receive the complimentary rate.

POLICIES AND CONTACT INFORMATION

  • SUBSTITUTION POLICY

    Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please email the name of the AIS member who you would like to transfer your registration to and their email address to registrar@aisnet.org by August 4, 2024. After August 4, 2024, all substitutions must be completed onsite.

    Please Note: You or the member you are transferring your conference registration to are ineligible for any refunds or credits related to the registration transfer (i.e., refunds or credits towards workshops, evening events or guest tickets are not allowed). Also note, the person you are transferring your registration to must be a current AIS member.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Request for cancellation must be in writing via email to registrar@aisnet.org, and are subject to the following schedule:

    • Received by June 18: full refund less $25 administrative fee
    • Received between June 19 – August 4: full refund less $50 administrative fee
    • Received between August 5-8: full refund less $150 administrative fee

    Cancellation requests received beginning August 9 will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee. This also includes workshop cancellations.
